Small business owners today are doing much more with much less, thanks to mobility. With the ability to work across time zones, they can have more flexibility and grow their business.
Apps (short for application software) are a key component of mobile tools. Made famous by Apple in 2008, apps have become so popular that in 2010 “app” was named word of the year by the American Dialect Society. And since then, they have become a game changer for small businesses.
The DavinciMeetingRooms.com app was designed as part of Davinci’s meeting room booking system to give business owners the ability to reserve an office, meeting or conference room on the go, taking as little time as possible while you get precisely what you need.
Our app, available for both the iPhone and the Android, allows you to browse and reserve conference rooms, day offices, and a variety of tailored business services in real time. It also lets you receive instant confirmations and manage reservation details, both via desktop or mobile, while choosing from among over 950 conference room rental locations.
Signing up is easy. Just enter your name, company name and a little contact information and you’re ready to begin renting the perfect meeting space or conference room.
Just provide your email address and password to begin booking a modern meeting room.
Enter the location where you need a modern meeting room and a picture of the Davinci building will be displayed. You can also access your account and check on any previous reservations.
Meeting locations are organized into groups so you can search the United States, internationally or from among your favorites. For more instructions about the booking process and to see our terms, tap on “How it Works.”.
Once you choose the location, enter the date and time of your meeting. The price will be displayed along with a list of amenities. Tap on the things you’ll need.
Prior to checking out, you can add attendees or choose more services.
There will be an option to use saved payment information or enter new payment information—that’s up to you.
